Driven by the desire to improve the daily life of communities, Fabrice is on a mission to contribute to building a better Africa for the future generations. This young leader, entrepreneur and civil society stakeholder in Gabon is also a passionate about Digital Management, working actively to reduce the digital divide in Gabon by combining computer engineering and sustainable development. This led him to found the AKEWA start-up accelerator in 2013, then the Iboundji Technologie start-Up in 2015.
Climate Ambassador and international negotiator for the Gabonese civil society at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) since 2016, Fabrice received the Pan-African Youth Leaders Award 2017 in Bujumbura during the Pan-African Youth Forum organised by the Association for a Progressive African Youth (AJAP Africaine).
Firm believer in the "Nothing gets lost" theory, he likes to see waste regain value through recycling, transformation and valorisation. He was in Paris in February 2010 to co-found the GABON ÉCOLOGIE NGO for the conservation and protection of biodiversity. He has also coordinated several projects with PACJA, the World Bank and the UNDP.
Engineer in management and project management, Fabrice graduated from the Alioune Diop University of Bambey and the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Dakar in microfinance and sustainable development policy.
