Lebohang is the Secretary of the Science and Mathematics Educators' Federation (SMEF) at the Lesotho National Commission for UNESCO.

With more than 10 years experience in ICT solutions for Education and the advancement of Astrophysics is Sesotho context (AstroSesotho), he has developed models for Girls in Science as well as STEM education in secondary school. This led him to publish the newLGCSE Physics Beyond2010 textbooks.

He has worked at the Lesotho National Commission for UNESCO (UNESCOM) as an independent volunteer in Science and Education since 2008. There he pioneered several models and headed various Participation Programmes (PP) for Maths and Science Educational Development. He later developed a firm that specializes in Science Education Consultancy Industry through the commercialization of the ThakaKhoali Living Laboratory Approach.
