Passionate about innovation and digital skills, Seydou founded the Ecole supérieure de commerce et de technologie in Bamako, where he also heads Jokkolabs for Mali.
Seydou is involved in activities such as open innovation programmes of the training of women and entrepreneurs in digital and non-technical skills. He also leads jokkokids in Bamako, a program that encourages coding at school from an early age.
Victor’s early passion for computing soon turned into a career. After studying in former USSR, he returned to Sierra Leone as a teacher and computer center manager at the Annie Walsh Memorial School (AWMS), the first female secondary school in the whole of West Africa. There he taught mathematics and music for twelve years before moving to Knowledge Aid Sierra Leone (KASL) as a Project Coordinator, where he still works today.
Victor also always considered himself a musician. Band master in his school band for almost fifteen years, he played several instruments like trumpet, trombone, Bb Bass, saxophone and even the Bass guitar. He was the Master of the AWMS Brass Band for several years as well as Music Director at his local Church.
Victor attended the Christ Church Primary School, completed his fifth form at the Albert Academy and graduated in Electrical Installations in former USSR.
Driven by the desire to improve the daily life of communities, Fabrice is on a mission to contribute to building a better Africa for the future generations. This young leader, entrepreneur and civil society stakeholder in Gabon is also a passionate about Digital Management, working actively to reduce the digital divide in Gabon by combining computer engineering and sustainable development. This led him to found the AKEWA start-up accelerator in 2013, then the Iboundji Technologie start-Up in 2015.
Climate Ambassador and international negotiator for the Gabonese civil society at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) since 2016, Fabrice received the Pan-African Youth Leaders Award 2017 in Bujumbura during the Pan-African Youth Forum organised by the Association for a Progressive African Youth (AJAP Africaine).
Firm believer in the "Nothing gets lost" theory, he likes to see waste regain value through recycling, transformation and valorisation. He was in Paris in February 2010 to co-found the GABON ÉCOLOGIE NGO for the conservation and protection of biodiversity. He has also coordinated several projects with PACJA, the World Bank and the UNDP.
Engineer in management and project management, Fabrice graduated from the Alioune Diop University of Bambey and the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Dakar in microfinance and sustainable development policy.
Manfred Mbella, a skilled entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience in Strategic Management, holds a Master Degree in International Development from Limerick University and a BS in Accounting and Finance as well.
He began his career with Continental Lloyds Insurance Group as a financial analyst and then founded M & N Executive Management Consultancy in London in 2000. The following years, he created a half dozen startups and NGO organizations, some of which are very successful.
Manfred Mbella is currently the president of CFEII group that he founded in 2010. He has sound experience and proven mastery in the areas of voluntary sector and community development, strategic communications, international relations, marketing plans, trade and corporate branding. He is an insatiable Manager of challenges with a strong interest in the development of Africa.
Manfred Mbella is one the first Afro Europeans member of the prestigious and elitist Charted Management Institute (CMI) since 2002.
His hard work was recognized by the international price Arch Of Europe IDB GROUP rewarding the world's best business managers on the criterion of quality of service which has honored him with an Award in 2015.
